520jil Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"520jil" / "the Platform"

Refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 520jil.cam, including all associated games, services, promotions, and payment systems.

"Account"

The individual, personal player account registered by you on 520jil, associated with a verified Philippine mobile number and used to access all platform services.

"Balance" / "Wallet"

"Bonus Funds"

"Wagering Requirement"

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 520jil, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

2. You are a resident of, or physically located within, the Philippines at the time of gameplay;
3. You are not listed on any exclusion register, including any self-exclusion register maintained by 520jil or PAGCOR;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 520jil or any of its affiliated game providers;
5. You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

520jil reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided without recourse.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 520jil. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, mobile number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any related funds.

4.2 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Any changes to your personal information must be updated promptly and may require re-verification.

4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 520jil will require you to complete KYC verification. This includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of your registered address;
• Where applicable, documentation verifying the source of funds deposited.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in a suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 520jil will never ask you for your password through any channel. You must notify 520jil immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 520jil shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain password security.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on 520jil are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). No other currency is accepted or disbursed.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 520jil currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 520jil reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to individual payment provider limits and applicable regulatory requirements.

5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 520jil wallet within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on the processing time of the issuing institution.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. 520jil reserves the right to extend withdrawal processing times during periods of high volume, compliance review, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.6 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds. Funds derived from bonus promotions may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting these conditions will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 520jil are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each offer page.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. 520jil reserves the right to determine a player's eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who hold multiple accounts, use bonus abuse strategies, or are identified as participating in coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms are not eligible for any promotion and may have bonus funds forfeited.

6.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal. 520jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by an eligible player.

7.1 Certified RNG. All RNG-based games available on 520jil — including slots, virtual table games, and bingo — use Random Number Generator systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories for statistical fairness and unpredictability.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 520jil platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, with any associated funds subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

1. Registering more than one account on the platform;
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf;
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform in place of human play;

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written consent of 520jil.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 520jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

11.2 520jil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 520jil will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of platform downtime where reasonable notice is provided.

11.3 520jil's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 520jil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

520jil collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

520jil is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), to collect and retain certain player data for regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering purposes. This data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

520jil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 520jil will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
